In consideration of your accepting my entry, I hereby release for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, all sponsors of this race including the Linkville Lopers Running Club, The Running Y, Jeld-Wen, Inc., Wynne Broadcasting and the National Park Service from any and all claims, demands, actions or causes of action incident to participating in this event. Further, I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, video recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
