In consideration of your accepting my entry, I hereby release for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, all sponsors of this race including the Linkville Lopers Running Club, Wynne Broadcasting and the National Park Service from any and all claims, demands, actions or causes of action incident to participating in this event. Further, I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, video recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
